@cookedsushi, @mrsripper I only lost a little this morning, but have been having discharge that's just like water but with a little more consistency if that makes sense? Also big blobs of white. Plug this morning was smears of yellow mucus when I wiped then yellow coloured discharge after a little walk. So I'm presuming it was part of my plug? I'm defo going to try the raspberry leaf tea tomorrow! Don't have a ball because I have a young hyper pup and it would get burst 😩 have been swinging the hips and squatting though! I don't see my midwife again until 40+2 and that's when I'll get my first sweep! Just hoping he's here before then! Not lost any more plug though 😭 x

Make sure u buy raspberry leaf and not raspberry tea they are 2 different drinks ..... loosing ur plug is a really good sign hun I bounce on my ball every day a few times and have my tea at night, I ain't got a clue if any of it will work but I have a sweep booked for Wednesday so fingers crossed it will get things going x @beccastirlingx

@cookedsushi, I literally can't go over due because my mums due back to work soon, today was her last shift and she only has 3 weeks off so I'm so scared of going over due! Been having niggles and just started loosing my plug so hopefully the tea will help a little x

You drinking raspberry leaf tea?? I have one every night to soften my cervix it won't bring labour on but is supposed to make the cervix softer for when labour kicks off ...😂😉 wort a try ay lol x you can see you body is going to ping right back into shape @beccastirlingx

Ur tummy muscles probably are really strong ... I have 2 children already and I reckon it stretches easier because of this .... fully engaged is a good sign !! @beccastirlingx
