i was also anxious about it, i didn't eat heavy that night i wad having the hard contractions mostly fruit and light meal. also during labor i squeezed my buttocks muscles and tried pushing from my vagina, i practiced isolation of the muscles throughout my pregnancy by doing kegels religiously lol

I was told it's unavoidable most of the time, I did and didn't even notice because your pushing the baby out, the nurses are right there to clean up. At that point you won't care yoy just want the baby out :)

Stay hydrated and don't eat anything that would usually upset your stomach or give you soft poop sometimes it's unavoidable just because your body is trying to get a baby out it ends up emptying everything with it

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
