Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Feeling a bit mehhh today. Feel like all I do is look after 2 kids cook and clean and feel like I've lost myself a little since becoming a mum. 😔
I honestly feel like I am getting depress of how sick I've been. And I feel like I want to cry. I just don't like feeling like that.
I've recently taken up knitting. I feel like an old lady 😂
they say put a pad on and if in 30 mins its soaked its your water.
so you could try that but if your soaking through undies it definitely sounds like your water
