for a newborn yes because you put them in a bassinet or rock n play. Around 3 to 4 months old is when most babies start to use their crib.
I think I'm going to get a bassinet and a play pen for now. My apartment isn't that big. So it depends on the person.
Most cribs are convertible cribs these days. So it can last a lifetime. I crib is very necessary
nah even if you Co sleep when you want a bath or something you can still lay him in there for naps
I didn't get one until my son was about 3 months old, but we didn't have room for one until I cleared out room in our bedroom. if you get one the converts I think it'll be nice. and trust me it's nice to know you have somewhere to put the baby where he won't roll off or if you want some intimate time with your man
I got a convertible crib so it will last him until he grows up and moves out basically. it is a crib and then converts to a toddler bed then a day bed and then a full size bed. I think it's worth it !
