Is it normal to feel quite light headed at this stage 😔

I keep getting this especially in the shower..... and coming across nausea @steph775

That's exactly what happened to me just I was laying down I felt really unwell had to get up can honestly say tho I don't feel much better lol xx @beccastirlingx
