I know new babies are supposed to sleep on their backs or on their sides but my son LOVES sleeping on his belly if he has gas 😓 he's a month old and I watch him and then flip him over when he's sound asleep....
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Sleep associations.. I've created some bad sleep associations like nursing him until he's fallen asleep or rocking him until he's completely asleep and then putting him down and I can't do that anymore. It's getting so much harder to rock him to sleep because he's getting bigger and I have a bad back. I honestly don't know how to get him to fall asleep on his own :( do you ladies have any advice ?
Trigger. Our precious boy Last night, December 8th, 2015, at 9:58pm, our sweet precious baby boy was born sleeping. We spent 5 wonderful hours with him: holding him, talking to him, singing to him, mourning him, praying for him, and weeping over him.
Any mommas having issues with their 3 year olds not sleeping ?? Took my kiddo to the doctor and his doctor recommended I get him Melatonin So I did I started with 1mg and it did nothing So I got him 3mg still nothing Got him 5mg nothing So today I bought him 10mg I hope it works This kid can go the whole night without sleeping and no naps throughout the day I’m one exhausted momma
My baby is 2 today!! I literally cried myself to sleep last night snuggling with him. (yeah, I let him sleep in my bed last night bc I he wanted to & I wanted him to) lol Why are birthdays so hard for meeee?! 😭😭😭

Sounds like you're doing everything right. No risk involved if you're watching him the entire time, then flipping him over. I feel his pain, I love sleeping on my belly... Just can't do so with my daughter in there lol.

I think he will be fine. just make sure his head isn't facing down and turned to the side mom. I use to do the same with my daughter.

If he can't flip himself, this seems very risky. Leave him on his back. A little gas is not worth the chance of suffocation.
