my son face is breaking out already by his cheeks 😩 my mother in law said it can be from the brestmilk when it runs down his face& .. it has acid in it . i really hope it goes away

Or it could be baby acne; u can also try hydrocortisone ointment. I use it on my baby and I saw results literally the next morning

That happen to my baby. Just wipe his face after every feeding and use Vaseline. It will clear up soon.

Yea might be the breast milk do what @royalmommy said it helps
