Is 35 weeks too early to begin to try and soften and prepare my cervix for labor? Like pineapple core smoothies and raspberry tea.

I'll talk to my doctor next week at my appointment. I'll be 36 weeks then. Hopefully she checks my cervix @chichi1975 @abeals04

I've been told it won't start labor but help thin my cervix and "ripen it"
