Anyone into swapping hours? I'm not sure what the actual term is but essentially: there are two moms. one goes to work or internship or whereever and the second mom watches the babies. and vice versa. Trying to find out if this is a real thing.

I wish I knew someone in CT to learn to trust and be able to do it with them. I have an unpaid internship next year and this would be soo helpful
