Difference between labor and Braxton Hicks contractions? How do real labor contractions feel like?

I use to ask the same question and everyone always told me "you will know the real deal" and boy was that the truth lol Braxton hicks usually is more pressure then pain and you are still able to move around and do and talk. ..if you have to stop through the contractions and can't talk it's the real deal
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Should I let my x know when labor starts
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
The real ones I felt in my vagina. Kinda like I was dilating. Feels like you're opening up because you literally are. Back hurts too. Braxton Hicks hurt in the tummy and top of vagina but not inside like the real ones. Real ones stop you in your tracks.
