salt water is another good option! ice ordered some corsodyl alcohol free medicated mouthwash. it isn't cheap but hopefully it will help @angie87 xx

Gargle with salt water. I've had a lot of problems with mine recently and had to go to dentist who gave me a mouthwash that eventually started to ease it xx

it's horrible though haha, when you have done it keep drinking water @meadraven xx
