they're coming and going at random times... nothing real consistent that I've counted.... but I'm also really hot and nauseated...

The sharp pains yes. Mine sometimes last for 10-15 minutes. Sometimes 5. Just pains I went to the doctor and he said it should be fine as long as they aren't back to back. I would always ask a doctor if you're concerned. You know your body better than anyone.

I had the sharp pains when I was pregnant with my son in the same area and the doctor said its from stretching
