I had a medela with my first and I dubbed it the nipple ripper. It was terrible. This time around I got the spectra s2 and I adore it. I love pump time. I expected to be in pain like I was with my first and I stocked up on those cooling nipple pads and cream and I haven't even touched any of it. And who wouldn't love spectra's little saying "we don't suck, we suckle"

Oh and btw the spectra is a hospital grade pump
