Uuughhhh so my dad is upset with me because I sent him and my other parent an email saying that my son has an upper respiratory infection and that I'm going to be very picky about who can and can't hold him (I personally don't think a baby needs to be passed around anyway) so I tell my dad that the doctor said him holding him shouldn't be a problem as long as he hasn't smoked at all since taking a shower and putting on clean clothes. Wellll apparently he feels I singled him out because I told him I asked the doctor specifically about him. Well first of all the people (my friends and their parents) who I said could hold the baby don't smoke and secondly the other people that smoke are YOUR friends. So why should I feel the need to ask my sons doctor if my dads smoker friends should be able to hold him 😑😑 like if you smoke you can't hold him at all. The only reason I asked about you holding him is because you're my dad and his grandfather so naturally I would let you hold him as long as you haven't been smoking. Yet I singled him out. Ugh oh well I'm tired of him always telling me what to do and how to do it. Most of the time I ignore it but I'm not a child anymore and this is my son and he is my responsibility! Ugh I'm supper excited for my trip on Monday but it's going to be a long 2 weeks 😑
