Is 100-110 oz of water a day enough? I'm asking because that's normally what I drink while pregnant but I'm still freakin thirsty like dehydrated feeling

I would drink to thirst. Don't worry about intake, if you're thirsty, dri k water.

Earlier in my pregnancy I made sure to drink at least 120oz of water per day and it definitely helped me feel better!

recommended water is half of what you weigh. so if you weigh 100 pounds you should drink 50 oz, 150 lb 75 oz.. you get the idea! lol

But something that I found that really helped me when I was constantly feeling thirsty was drinking some pedialyte. I'm not sure why, maybe because of the electrolytes but it definitely helped take care of the thirst, even more so than water!

I think read that nursing mom's need to drink 13 cups of water. as opposed to 10 cups while pregnant and 8 cups when you're not pregnant or nursing.
if your thirsty and drink a lot try smart water, it has electrolytes in it. or a bottle of Gatorade/powerade. the electrolytes definitely help with quenching thirst if plain water isn't cutting it
