I've 25 weeks & I've been doing these Brazilian butt lifting exercises. You get on all fours. Bring your left leg out beside you & lift it up & around to the opposite side of your right leg. (Like making half circles with your leg.) do each leg. You could do as many squats! You can lay on your side & slowly lift your leg up & down (20xs) do the same for the other leg. You can also plank side ways 👉🏽lay on your side & lift 1 leg then your arm on the same side. Balance yourself on your opposite leg & arm. Elbow raised evenly with the ground. 👍🏽good luck
