Hey mommies I need some help. I'm 19 and I liv with my parents. My daughter father is not in the picture he doesn't want us. My parents always need to mention the fact everything about him. Which bothers me a lot . I feel like if they are not her parent they shouldn't need to know about what's going on. Do you think that's correct

Aw :/ that sucks. I know it's hard but just try to ignore what they say. You know what's best for your daughter and will handle any situation that arises with her father. They do not need to be stressing you out even further :( I would definitely talk to them like @mommmyof1 said. I hope it gets better!

Do whats best for you and your baby. They need to realize that your daughter is you main priority and nothing else should matter to you besides her. If its any recollection, to make sure me and my daughter are good, I've cut off family from being in my life. I'm the happiest I've ever been. Just work hard momma, save up and soon enough you'll have your own place.

Yea like I do it all the baby sit here and there but I'm the only one my daughter wants and like they complain that they don't have money when I buy her food and diapers and clothes and I work and go to school so they want to know like how much he will pay in child support I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for everyone else's food if they always buy weed

I think you should have a talk with them. Tell them that it puts you down when you gotta stay up for your baby. That being a young mom is hard enough and them talking about him isn't making it any better. I'm 19 too (I'll be 20 in a week) and its rough enough being a young mom in general. What are they trying to know? If they are helping raise your daughter, my opinion would be that they do have a right to know what is going on in her life. However, if you just live with them but are taking full responsibility of your daughter, then I don't think they have any right to intrude on your life/lives. Do you kind of get what I'm saying? Idk if I'm saying it right. :/

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?

Their your parents you just gonna have to deal with the fact . They are not going to let it go to me that's just love and they just probably disappointed about the situation
