So I've had period like cramps and some times stronger cramps for the last 7 hours.. 😩 I feel like my little man is going to fall out when I walk too much.

ok so i have the iud(mirena) i am constantly cramping and bleeding. like terrible cramps. i go like a day or two with no cramps or bleeding if that. moms who have had this iud...is this normal??? i know everyone's experience is different but from experience had this happened to any off you???😞😳😒😢
