So i have an appointment next week to see if im dilating & i was wondering if anyone knows how much you have to be dilated in order to be induced?
You can stay at 1, 2, or whatever for weeks. I dilated to 1cm at 30 weeks & was still there & almost to 2 at 37 weeks. They won't induce you unless there's a medical reasoning, doctors want the baby to stay in as long as possible & it's better that way anyway. You want the baby to be fully formed, the wait is long & hard but all worth it. Baby will come when it's all done & ready.
Usually you're not induced unless you reach 41 weeks, or if it's an emergency. Some OBs might offer of your cervix is in favor. Baby will come when they're ready.
' Hopefully I Get Checked Too...But I Think That's When Your Further Or If You Don't Dilate Past A Certain Amount For A Long Time
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
im 39.5 weeks right now and was 1cm dialted this week at my appointment. They have me scheduled to be induced Tuesday night if he doesnt come out on his own before. My due date is Monday
