Yes mines get bad in the winter and summer my legs its so aggravating i use vasaline tho @dang_dridri

@lalamichelle0707, yeah it does. Does it itch at times? My patches are small and lotion just helps with the itching, it'll still be there just won't itch.

I wonder if that's why my elbow has a rough patch lotion won't fix. Does it sound like eczema?

I have that exact same issue, except mine also sometimes is around my belly button... I used to get it horribly on my hands, so bad that in 1st grade my hands cracked and I couldn't hold a pencil.. it's not on my hands anymore but still in my elbows, backs of my knees and belly button

@diamondleann, that's the only place I've ever had it. The older I got it started completely going away but during the hot seasons it'll come back. It's so annoying. It doesn't itch or look as bad though.
