Well, by 20 weeks you should be able to feel kicks and punches and cartwheels and all that jazz :) Hopefully it goes by fast for you!

@littlepeanut91, last ultrasound he was in front sprawled out haha. I feel flutters but not kicks :(

Do you know if he/she is more in your back? And don't worry lol give it a couple of weeks and that little one will be using you as a none stop punching bag!
