Ladies I need some advice. I'm having extreme cramps they hurt so bad it wraps around to my back. on a scale 1-10 its a 7. Also I have been vomiting all day I can't even hold down water. I just miscarried in January so I don't want to go get check if it's nothing. what do y'all think should I go get checked?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
atleast go get iv fluids so you dont end up dehydrated and it would be good to make sure the pain you feel isnt bein caused by an illness or infection
