Hey ladies! I don't knownif anyone has experienced this or currently is but I wanted to share. I went to the doctor last week for my regular checkup. I was told I had a short cervix. I was told to come back this Tuesday to see if it had shortened even more. Well, Tuesday comes and my cervix has shortened more from the previous Tuesday. I was referred to a high risk doctor that I saw yesterday. My cervix actually had shortened even more in just that small time. So currently I have to take a pill for the next week that will hopefully help strengthen my cervix. If not, I will have to get a cerclage put in which is a few stitches in my cervix. It makes me nervous because this could lead to pre term labor. I pray all is well and I won't have to go thru this. Has anyone had this issue?
