i would imagine either the 2 one or the 3 one (sorry dont remember exact) my son is 6 months but 21 lbs and he can get the whole 5 so id imagine the 3 would be ok but i never give him that much i normally do just the 3

just a FYI if ur infant tylenol is the 160 mg one then the childrens tylenol is the same thing! i asked my nurse bc i had heard it from numerous mothers and its true

I'll remember that next time we have to get some more! @jaxsonsmomma Just checked her rectal temp (I hate doing it lol but the forehead one isn't as accurate) and she's at 101 😢 so I gave her the 2.5 just now, hopefully it goes down quick....poor thing, no wonder she threw up twice this morning and is all tired and icky feeling 😟

The shitty thing is I babysat a friend's foster baby last week and yesterday, and one of their older daughter's stayed home from school because of "allergies", but I was scared cuz she was hacking and coughing, and now a few days later THIS. I even told her what was going on and that we haven't been anywhere but their place in over a week, and she insists no one at their place has been sick and that Melody must have got it while out on a walk or something 😠 I am so mad right now, I KNEW this was gonna happen, every time their kids have "allergies" I always would get sick being around them @jaxsonsmomma
