At my appointment yesterday the doctor told me I'm gaining weight too fast and told to to eat healthier and no soda. For the most part I already eat pretty healthy (besides a craving every now and then) and I gave up soda years ago. I don't know what to do about this, and now I feel bad about anything I eat and even feeling hungry 😞 I want my baby girl to get all the nutrients she needs but I don't want to gain to much and endanger her either 😞

@samclark5, seriously- it's the best! And if you don't have anywhere around that specificity "prenatal yoga", then you can always just do beginners regular yoga classes. It's exactly the same thing, but prenatal yoga tends to have a part of class to practice on delevery breathing and labor advice. Other than that, they are both the same.

I haven't but maybe I will ! @jennatess I walk everyday in the morning but my husband was saying to add a walk at night it's just hard because our area isn't the best @aimers8031

take walks everyday if you can. it should help you maintain

Have you tried prenatal yoga. I loved it, and it really helps to keep away the extra weight. It was one of the best things I did for myself.
