Help ladies! I'm in absolute agony! I think baby is sat in my nerve coz I have an awful pain in the top of my bum cheek and when I turn or move it either shoots down the back of my leg or up my back and I'm struggling to get comfy at all in any position sitting standing or lieing down 😭😭😭 what can I do to help ease the pain 😭

it effects me the most when i go to bed. Can't seem to get comfortable. its an annoying pregnancy symptom hahaha the joys xx
I'm definitely gonna have to ring my midwife Monday, guessing I won't be ale to get hold of them tomorrow being Saturday. I literally can't move without being in pain at the minute I've just been downstairs to the toilet and now back in bed crying. and I've got work tomorrow for 6 and a half hours :'( xx
I only had it during my second trimester. It disappeared when baby started to drop :) it comes and goes. Bouncing on a gym ball helps alot too xx
not necessarily get worse, i have sciatica and it can come and go depending where baby is lying. Its horrible though. My midwife is supposed to be referring me to a physio but no luck for me yet xx
Yea or could be baby sitting on your sciatic nerve I had it with my first! Hot water bottle and rest and if it gets really bad midwife or docs so they can refer you to physio x
that's what I was dreading :( I'm only 26 weeks so it's only going to get worse isn't it? xx
Sounds like sciatica, heat helps :) x
