OMG feeling good. I went from weighing 230 a day after giving birth (March 1) to 185 at 5 weeks pp. my goal is going down to 160 by June.

@4loves1heart, it is difficult and I'm still working on cutting pop and other things but I have failed with mnt dew I cannot get through the withdrawal headaches that I have.

sounds difficult but effective by your results... I've never been this heavy and this uncomfortable with my body I have 4 kids and I just gained more weight from my daughter than with my boys 😣 it seems impossible for me to keep up with healthy, timely meals but I will most definitely try it out 😆😆 thanks

@4loves1heart, I cut my meals into half and cut out fast foods down to once or twice every 2 weeks. Plenty of water, breastfeeding on demand. I also went from snacking all day to breakfast and dinner with one small snack. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it as I tried doing all this with my first and got no where.
