I'm being induced on monday... what are some things I can/need to do to prepare my body for it? what are some things you did or didn't do? things you wished you had?

I was not allowed to have anything but ice after my water was broke and they started the epidural.

yeah eat something here where i live at they dont let you eat any solids just ice.

they put you on a ice diet.. idk how it is in other places tho but in Lubbock that's how its been for all my births. @kramerelizabeth1996

that's not true @renny_rayye16 you just get put on a fluid only diet after they start the pitocin so you get jello, broth, juice, tea, and dairy free frozen treat.

you can't eat while at the hospital so eat before you go.

Pitocin makes the contractions hurt more so be prepared for that just breathe and pray

it could be a long process so bring things to do and I was told you can suck on hard candy.
