Ladies what can I take for cough and for nose congestion I've been sick for almost a week now and that's what I'm left with and its so annoying I can't breath I can't sleep I can't eat 😩😩help I don't see my midwife till Monday

I wouldnt be to worried if the baby doesnt move at night when they normally would if they normally do because the benadryl also makes them sleepy too. I was told its alright, and safe. If anything it puts the baby on the same sleep schedule as me.
I would take Sudafed for the day, and benadryl to sleep.
I am 34 weeks, and Sudafed, and Benadryl have not hurt my baby. I was instructed by my Midwife on Fort Cambell base hospital that I may take those two in the 3rd trimester. That, and Claritin is safe.
Go to the local pharmacy they can help with what's safe vs what isnt
