I was told to drink alot more, lol. but depends on the hospital's equipment. do as they say, and maybe something cold and sugary like juice so your baby is up and moving (:
I didn't do anything special. I ate my normal breakfast and went in for my appt. got there, peed, went back to have the u/s and they got everything they needed!

I drank a little bottle of oj and the doctor could tell her gender within 5 minutes of the ultrasound

I just went with a full bladder, then since he was being a butt, they had me empty my bladder to get better face pics
