Folks always do this. Find ways to separate Moms or make one situation better or worse than the other. That's some bullshit.

Some people do want c-sections. Mine was planned and it was the best decision I've ever made!

that's annoying when people say that, c section mom's have a lot harder time healing and it doesn't mean they took the easy way out no one wants to have a c section and get cut open and their insides pulled out

OMG I😠😤 I tell you what.....I had 4 natural births , and one csection and my csection was the hardest thing I ever went through physically. I almost died. I DID give birth. A baby came out of me. Far as I always knew, if a baby comes out, no matter how, you've given birth . Whatever asshat wrote that should be shot. Birth is birth. I never understood or appreciated the difficulty of a csection until I went through one. They are no joke!

Thats a really disgusting post. I'm carrying twins. And if they don't turn just right or come out in the correct order I have to have a csection. I don't think that makes me any less of a woman. I can't control how my babies decide to come out. To say I'm not giving birth is just nasty and rude! How can anyone think that I am less superior for having a csection?! Smh. Some people just need to be better than others huh? Wow.

@gcpaschal, I've noticed that since before getting pregnant, you get looked down on for anything, epidural, circumcision, vaccination, csections, it's ridiculous. There is no one right way for any of it! As long as mom and baby are healthy I don't see the reason to even speak on it!

@henrysmommy, why did you plan your csection?

Well at first we planned it because my baby was breeched. He finally turned around at 37 weeks, and I decided to keep it because I liked knowing exactly when he was gonna come (and I could skip labor). I am young so it didn't really make a difference in recovery.

Exactly! @kaylaweilert I wouldn't dare comment in a negative way because someone had to have a c-section versus regular birth. At the end of the day you're giving birth. I'm having s c-section Monday because baby is breech. I'm more scared of this because this is major surgery. You lose a lot more blood. It's scary...hell they both are. Women go through a lot being pregnant and giving birth period.

All mothers are strong regardless of how they gave birth. Shaming other women is not going to do anything but cause unnecessary negativity between mothers. I wish people would just stay out of other people's lives and decisions.

@indigenousmommy, Hell it gets soooooooo frustrating hearing women think they are better than others. If you love and care for a child, if you'd give your life for that child, you are a mother, I know women who have adopted and they are no less of a mother than I am, I look up and aspire to be a great mom like some of them.

I had to have one. I had no choice. I didnt WANT one. My baby was 33 weeks, transverse, and my water broke. I wrnt into active labor, they stopped it for 2 days with mag sulfate then stopped the meds and let me labor and finally he ended up pooping in the water. At that point, they had to perform an emergency csection due to his safety being at risk. It was terrifying. I really did almost die, my respirations were way down to like 3 a minute. They had to inject me with something to make me breathe. M y husband was a mess. Totally beside himself. And he doesnt cry, ever. But this was very scary. Also, my poor baby had to be turned vertical so they could remove him and they bruised him all up in doing so....I still think he may have a broken vertebrae in his back because he was born almost 2 mos ago and still has bruising next to his spine and a pointy thing sticking out underneath the bruise. So we are gonna head to the doctor. But the point is......its scary and not many women actually WANT one.

I don't think any less of a women who has had a c section but me personally I would rather do it naturally. I did it natural with my first and I plan to do it with my second . A c section is absolutely the last way I want to go unless it's absolutely necessary . It's some about pushing a baby out thAt I like lol. But I don't think Anyless of women who have to have a c section birth is birth lol
