My baby got her first tooth yesterday and today she's SUPER fussy and tugging on her ear. Can I give her Tylenol for pain? Or just let teething happen naturally?

@lilbabyboy16, I've been offering her every teether we have. They are not really her thing. Just goes to town on her sofie giraffe and it hurts her to chew on it. Is the tugging on the ear from teething? Or could it be an ear infection?
