I got diagnosed with it about 8 weeks ago, it doesn't get any better unfortunately. Rolling over in bed at night I cry in pain. Try and hang in there mama

@jasmine98, its a condition where your pelvic muscles relax too much making your back muscles overcompensate for them which causes severe back pain so you are basically fucked
