does it hurt to get checked for dilation, i have an apt. today and kind of nervous for it.

Lol I wonder why it didn't hurt for me! My doctor was like "this could cause some cramping so I'm just letting you know" and it didn't hurt at all

During my OB appt it did a little cause my cervix was still closed. It was a lot of pressure. But once my cervix started to open it wasn't that bad.
