Could I please get any advice for leg cramps? It's 2am and I'm dying to sleep but these cramps are just god awful. I want to cry. Is there anything I can do?

Coconut water was the only thing that helped me. I think the hydration plus the magnesium really helped keeper the cramps under control

anyone else get on depo & have light periods & cramp REALLY bad?

i'm getting cramps like i would when i was pregnant, but i seriously doubt i am...

i've never cramped this bad before...

So I thought I was starting my period. I woke up this morning with tiny cramps nothing major. I then had to use the bathroom and I was spotting. It has since went away and I hope it stay away. My last period was Dec. 28 and I should've came on Jan. 25th but nothing.
