yes my charging port is damaged an they keep saying it's jus my charger, an today he gave me a used charger instead of a brand new one which is making it worse then on top of that I never have any service bars in my house an they trying to tell me some bs but I've been in this house almost a year with no issues until last month... @littlelamby

@momof2delvinanzalaya, I used to have decent signal in the bedroom but for the past few hours it's gotten worse and worse... And it says I have LTE but it's running slow like 3G

smh I'm on hold now ready to curse them out.. people who only pay $40 a month with other companies have better service than we do smh
