you are doing good! keep fighting! chew gum.. they say chewing gum helps you not want to smoke

Deep breaths. Watch cat videos. Go for a walk. As @lilfree16 suggested- chew gum, draw.. Something to get your mind off it. Also, you can download an app called QuitIt and it tells you how long it's been since you last smoked. I found it really motivational.

I havent had any problems until now. I am just so itrate and my blood pressure is up. But thank you ladies for the encouragement! Deffiantly helping! @kimberlyyyy @lilfree16

good job! you're doing great.. they say the first 3 days are the hardest... chew gum if you have to!

Keep it up!!! You're doing the best thing you cha do for your baby by quitting and staying away from smoke! There's videos of what smoking does to babies in the womb, so watch that and make that be a reminder why it's so important that you quit completely for your baby.
