I know every pregnancy is different and while I feel mine has been quite enjoyable, I don't understand all these women complaining that their SO does not clean or cater to them, when most of the time the woman is a SAHM and BD works.. My man works from sun up to sun down every day through the week, while I do work FT running my own store, I don't feel the need to have him cater to me, yes he spoils me, but I spoil him, by keeping the house picked up, his clothes clean, and food on the table when he gets home.. While some weeks it's a struggle and sometimes I fall behind, I couldn't imagine making my fiancé look bad online to a bunch of other women when he busts his ass to provide for our family! #thankful #worktogether #independent #hardworkingfamily

I just couldn't imagine starting a family with someone I want to complain about constantly, while I'm not a "woman's job is in the kitchen" person, I do feel like if he works 60+ hours a week, I can at least make sure he comes home to a clean house! He still takes out the trash, and he will occasionally clean the bathroom or floors with bleach while I'm at work, but I don't feel like he should be cleaning while I'm laying on the couch.. We work together! We support each other! #teameffort

My husband works full time while I'm on bedrest, but I still once a week will do laundry so he has clean clothes to wear to work. I clean up our room and make sure he has dinner. He does take good care of me when I'm in pain and can't get up and need to relax but when I can I try my best to do all the things that need to be done so he can relax when he gets home. Being pregnant with twins is not easy but I still don't expect my husband to work his butt off and then come home and take care of us. It's def a team effort.

@twinscomingsoon, and on bed rest every task you do is a "bigger" task then normal!! Sometimes you just can't get it done, and that's totally understandable! Idk how I would function on bed rest cause I don't know how to relax and not constantly be doing something, but the fact that you still do what you can is what counts!! I have multiple friends/family members that once they get pregnant they think everything should be handed to them and it's a huge pet peeve! Lol

@jwalkn4, I get antsy on bed rest. It hurts to lay on my sides too long so I literally have to get up and stretch a little so while I do that I find a little time to do the things around the house I can do. He still takes out the trash lol. But besides that I try my hardest to make sure he's not overwhelmed. It's a huge pet peeve to me too. I hate that some ladies feel self entitled like just because you're pregnant you should have your feet kissed and everything done for you. It's like come on princess.
