So I've now completely fully missed my period but no signs of pregnancy. Any chance I could still be pregnant?

i went to the er for a uti and blood in my urine. the doc did a pregnancy test and turns out i was already 5 weeks and three days pregnant. the blood was from the uti but i never guessed i was pregnant.

I just had period like cramps when I found out :) was a week and 2 days after period was due

I didn't have any symptoms of pregnancy at all when I found out I was pregnant
