Yes, it's definitely time to move on. I told him the last time that was his last chance. No more, time to move on.
Worst thing you can do is waste energy trying to hurt him back. Let it go (it may be hard at first) and he'll feel the pain soon enough especially if you are good to him. When he comes running back, smile and say no thanks.
I'm pregnant with our second also.. but I gave mine the choice last night he can have her or me and his kids.. that's probably what you'll have to do. you got those babies to worry about you don't need someone like that
