@cookedsushi, I thought eczema at first but her skin isn't dry or blotchy. Just these tiny pimples and some of them I can feel and not see. I do think it's an allergy but wouldn't she be throwing her milk up?

@mamapop, if she's fine within herself and they slowly end up having white heads, it's defo milk spots, my little boy got it really bad in exactly the same places as your little one, it's just their body getting used to milk apparently 😊 xx

My first thoughts were milk spots which go by themselves and are harmful. Second thoughts heat rash same keep baby warm not too over heated and rash should go by it self again no harm.
