Question! If I'm done with breastfeeding and I'm ready to "dry up" how do I go about it. I man do I just wrap the up tight and be done with it until they dry up? Do I pump it hand express at all for relief? I know I could google it, but wasn't sure if anyone had any tips to help make it less painful...
