ok so I need people who have had miscarriages before... what happens exactly.. because I didn't think I was pregnant but I have been overly tired til today. very nauseous . crave only certain things. per a lot. I just had a baby a little over 4 months ago. but I have really bad pain all around my stomach and in my back and I'm spotting.. it keeps coming and going.
