Morning ladies, sorry about this question TMI but I noticed my wee was really dark in colour this morning? Does it mean anything?? It's not normally that colour? Dehydration maybe? I'd just woke, so hadn't really drank much water over night, maybe a few sips? Any ideas?

You need more water especially in the beginning of pregnancy. The amount of blood you have doubles plus you need water for forming you baby and it's waters etc.

My urine is always darker in the morning, then I'll drink liquids (Infusion/tisane or - and water) with my normal vitamins. Then the next time I go to the toilet the urine is much lighter.

@mioaurellia, thanks Hun, I just hadn't noticed it be that darl at all since being preggie so seemed unusual, I'm horsing down loads of water today as we speak lol

Dont worry chick, my urine was always dark first thing in the morning and it still is now!! soo dont worry hunni everythong is perfectly normal xxxx
