Do any other mons have trouble pumping ? i feel like im doing it wrong i sat down and pumped for almost 20 mins and nothing came out 😫

Id do it up to an hour every 2-3 hours and would only get no more than 2-3oz.

Ugh I had such a hard time pumping 😩 I was in so much pain from it from how big I got (B to a D cup) that they actually recommended me to stop cause I kept getting fevers from it😔 only lasted a month.

Have you tried a warm towel or heating pad and massaging them first? @maimommy31
