Does anyone have a birth ball? Where did you get it from and what size are they suppose to be?

I didn't buy one. The hospital I had my daughter at had one in my room.. Lord was that thing helpful! I didn't feel any contractions when I was bouncing on it. It helped a lot 😊

I bought one online ...at Walmart. I think it's called a yoga ball...

Most hospitals do have them but ingot mine for home on Amazon for less than $20

That's a good question. Haha. I have no idea. It was one of the bigger ones. I love it tho. It's been helping with contractions a lot.

Look up on google "birth ball size" and you should find one for your height.

I used a weighted medicine ball (has sand to stabilized it). Brought it in for labor and it was fantastic!

I just went to Walmart and got a yoga ball for 10 bucks. got the one for my height.
