From experience be had better luck with the manual. 4 years ago when I used the electric one there weren't much milk coming out and now while using the manual a decent amount coming out so I find myself loving the Manila more although you have to keep working your hands. Using this every two hours suck, you have to have a lot of time on your hands to do it this way with the manual @twinmama510

Do you like the manual pump? Or do you prefer an electric one? I've heard you get more with a manual.
