When does dr appts jump from every month to every two weeks ?

my doc starts at 28 weeks but I know not everyone starts there.

Mine jumped to every 3 weeks at 27 weeks and then at 35 weeks every week

@omaleonmommy, thanks . mines might also . I go back the 20th and I'll be 28 weeks so my following appt might be two weeks from then .

Depends on how far along they monitor baby depending on gestational age

I started at 29 weeks

i think every doctor is different, i had an apt at 32 weeks and my next one isnt until 37 weeks

mine jumped to every 2 weeks at 28 weeks but that's because I lost a baby to SIDS in 2008 so doc wanted to monitor me closer.

@mam426, aww sorry for your loss that's horrible to go thru pregnancy then lose the child once it's here smh .

@armanimommy711, thanks that means alot. He will always be missed. He was 3 months 10 days old when he passed. He was home with dad and brother. We did have a healthy boy in 2009 and he will be 7 this month. So we know this one will be fine but it feels GREAT knowing my doc is being caring and watching this one.
