woke up to terrible pains in my upper abdomen like something was tearing away from my stomach and I couldn't breath.. then at five am I woke up to dry heaving. I'm going to the doctor in two hours hopefully she tells me why I keep having these strange pains. I never experienced anything like this with my first! I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow! come on baby boy I know you will come when u r ready but I wish these pains would go away!

@kellynicole, I was having pain on and off before then it became constant! and I tried laying on both sides standing up and everything. and it does make me feel better! I only worry bc when I was in labor with my first son I had sharp pain and it was bc the cord was wrapped around his neck and then u see all the scary things happening unexpectedly and it freaks me out some more
I just went to an ultrasound yesterday and the cord wasn't wrapped around his neck if that helps ease your mind! It was probably something else
Honestly I remember the pain hurting a lot for me but I don't really remember because I was half awake when it happened! Anything that happens in the middle of the night I'm pretty unlikely to remember. But I know it hurt pretty bad! I never even thought of that though
@kellynicole, so scary! I literally felt like something was sitting on my chest and pulling away from my stomach I was balling! I'm so afraid the cord is wrapped around his neck or something terrible is going to happen :(

Oh shoot! Yeah definitely ask your doctor about that. Could've just been coincidence but you never know!
