I have perminate back pain and i was stuck 3 times.

Ive had severe back pain a few times. A couple to where i couldnt move at all but not in years now

I asked during birthing class today and was told it's more about that your spine changes during pregnancy and it's hard for it to go back to the way it used to be.

I was stuck four times and I don't have permanent pain from it

I didn't at all, but, I've heard it can happen. My doctor told me that it hasn't nothing to do with the way it is administered, but instead out your body alone reacts.
